- A professional quality four volume instructional DVD set designed for beginning Westside Martial Arts students that includes multiple camera angles, bunkai segments and commentary by Jim Craig who performs all of the empty hand kata required for Green Belt. Once at the Green Belt level, new kata typically become much easier for students to learn. But when first starting out, these DVD's are a helpful training supplement that will hopefully become an early installment to your personal martial arts library.

*DVD's cannot replace the value of attending class to receive personal attention from Shihan and our assistant instructors, but life is full and getting to the dojo on a regular basis can be a challenge sometimes. Whenever you are unable to make it to the dojo, these DVD's are the next best thing.
